Do I need to be referred by a dentist?

No. There is no need for a referral. We work directly with the public and can diagnose and initiate treatment, sometimes on the first visit.
Please feel free to call our office, at  905-522-7133, to book an appointment.

How long does it take to make a denture from start to finish?

It takes approximately five to six appointments to complete a full denture. We have a full state of the art lab on site so there is no waiting for transportation and delivery from an outside lab and you are not placed in an anonymous que. You are our number one priority.

How long does it take to get a repair or reline done?

Unlike other denture clinics we have a state of the art lab on site which allows us to provide SAME DAY SERVICE for most repairs and relines.

What is a denture soft-liner?

A temporary soft liner is placed in a new or old denture to help improve the health of your gum tissues, by absorbing the pressures of chewing, or to determine the maximum retention possible without the irritation sometimes caused by hard liners.

Are porcelain dentures better then plastic?

Definitely not! With the use of composite resins that provide maximum strength and do not cause tissue damage, porcelain dentures have become a thing of the past. Porcelain dentures consist of a material that is unsuitable for the oral environment, leading to bone/gum loss, natural tooth wear in partial denture cases and can lead to jaw joint problems.

Am I involved in the process of creating my smile (denture)?

Yes. You can show the denturist a photo of your past smile or work with the denturist to choose the colour, shape and size of your new smile.

How do I pay for my new dentures?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Interac (Direct Payment)

Do you accept dental insurance plans?

Yes. We accept most major dental insurance plans. After our initial consultation we forward an estimate for all denture work to the insurance company for pre-approval and then discuss the results with the client before any work is performed.

Do you have flexible payment plans?

Yes. Working with Medicard we can offer our clients the flexibility of a loan payment plan that suits their needs. Applying for this option is fast and easy.
